When will my order be sent/delivered?
You should receive an email with tracking information once your goods have been shipped from our store. Please check your junk/spam folders in case this has been missed.
Most in-stock orders will be despatched within 1-2 working days and will be delivered within 1-3 days for major metropolitian areas. For rural, central and western Australian locations, please allow up to 1 week of transit time.
For items that need to be backordered, please allow a minimum of 7-10 days for shipment confirmation as we will be sourcing your order from our suppliers.

Who will be delivering my order?
We use a network of Australian couriers and Australia Post for delivery. If you wish to have your order delivered by a specific carrier, please email or call with your request. Most orders will require signature upon delivery.
Suppliers, couriers and Australia Post have limited hours over the Christmas and New Year period and may affect delivery times.
I selected "In-Store Collection" as my delivery option, when will my order be ready?
You should receive a shipment email when your order is ready for collection. If you need to collect something urgently and you have yet to receive a shipment email, please call the store to confirm that your goods are ready to collect.
