Orders   

Acceptance of orders are entirely at the discretion of Ellaways Music. Orders are not accepted by Ellaways Music until we provide you with an email confirmation of your order.
 
Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise specified, the prices shown on this website include GST but do not include tuning, delivery and freight insurance. Orders can only be accepted where an Australian address is given for delivery. Except for print orders which we are able to fit in an available letter or PO Box, we require someone to be present at the place of delivery to confirm delivery. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the given address.
 
Full payment for all orders, including orders for products that Ellaways Music needs to order from suppliers, must be made at the time the order is placed.
 
We accept PayPal ONLY at this time.  Paypal offers a number of options including credit card and bank transfer payments.
 

 
Availability and Delivery details

Please note that certain products may need to be ordered from suppliers and delays may occur depending upon availability from suppliers. This may on occasions include product where current stocks are exhausted.
 
Every effort will be made to source the product on behalf of our customers in a timely manner and, for orders of print which will not be available to ship within days we will contact you following receipt of your order and provide you with an estimated delivery time. However, we recommend that you check the expected delivery time before placing your order by calling:

Please note that certain products may not be available where existing stock is exhausted and suppliers are unable to meet orders from Ellaways Music. Where this is the case and you have already placed an order we will notify you as soon as practicable after we become aware of the non-availability and will refund your purchase price in full.
 
Freight charges

Freight charged on orders is based on a 5 tiered, flat rate system.  The flat rate used is determined by the nature of the goods purchased.  Freight will be shipped using either Australia Post or TNT Road Express.  Purchases can be shipped to anywhere in Australia.  Overseas orders cannot be processed at this time.

 
Any damage in transit is to be reported within 7 days.  At Ellaways discretion, the goods will be picked by our courier from a location you specify.  A replacement will be sent (pending stock availability) once the damaged goods have been received and assessed.

Refunds Policy

You are entitled to a refund or repair or exchange or credit if the products you have bought are:
faulty;
significantly different to those shown or described to you; or
not doing what they are supposed to do.
When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind, unless this was a condition of the sale or part of our advertised policy.
 
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
