A: Where ever we can, Yes. Just let us know. 

 

Q:  Do you offer instrument servicing and repair?
A: Yes we do. For any major jobs and intricate work we also have access to Brisbane’s finest repairers and technicians.

 

Q: Do you offer tuition?
A: Currently we only offer piano tuition however some of our customers run some of the finest tuition schools around. If you need help finding a teacher just contact us and we will put you in touch with them.

 

Q: My piano needs tuning, can you tune it for me?
A: We can put you in touch with the best tuners in your area, just give us a call.

 

Q: I need to move my piano, can you help?
A: Although we don’t perform this service our self, we know all the best companies to use and would be happy to help you choose one.

 

Q: Do you sell 2nd hand instruments?

A: Absolutely

 

Q: Do you buy 2nd hand Instruments.
A: We do not buy 2nd hand instruments for cash but you can certainly trade them in on your next purchase.

 

Q: Do you do gift vouchers?

A: If it’s a brand we stock the answer is more than likely, yes. Let us know what you’re chasing.

Q:  Are all the products on your website in stock?

A: Yes, our online offering is based on what is ready to ship and is updated weekly. If the item you order has gone out of stock since the last update we will notify you immediately with an updated ETA. 

 The only exception to this is items that we offer as a dropship (ie the item is shipped directly to you from our supplier).   

We may have the stock in store, but please check with us for availability before ordering if you need the item urgently.  There is usually a 2 or 3 day turnaround period before the item leaves our supplier's warehouse.  For these dropship brands we aim to represent what is in stock either at our stores or from the supplier.

 

 Q: Are the products you offer online available in your retail stores?
A: Although it may not be currently in stock, Yes.  All online items are available through our retail store.  If we don't have what you're after in stock we can order it in for you.

 

Q: How long will my online order take to arrive?
A: Depending on what you order and where you are you can expect your order to arrive in 3-7 Days

 

Q: What payment options do you offer for online purchases?
A: You can choose to pay either with PayPal or with your credit card thanks to SecurePay.

 

Q: If I buy online do I still get a warranty on my products?
A: Absolutely! We are NOT a dodgy backyard parallel import store. We are an authorised Australian reseller of every product we sell. You have the comfort of the full Australian distributor’s warranty.

 

Q: Who do you use to ship your orders?
A: We use 3 main carriers: Australia post for Print music and small packages and either Couriers Please or TNT for larger long haul deliveries. (Couriers Please and TNT deliveries are traceable online)

 

Q: Are your online prices available in store?
A:  In many cases yes! However some of our online products are delivered directly from our supplier’s warehouse eliminating extra shipping costs and general expenses involved in running the retail stores. This allows us to offer an even cheaper price online. If in doubt just ask.
