Terms and Conditions – Ellaways Experience Signup Competition

1. This competition is being conducted by Ellaways Music Qld Pty Ltd.
2. To be eligible to enter, you must complete a form to sign up for the Ellaways Experience newsletter, either via the web site or physical form. An email address must be provided.
3. The prize will be a $300 gift voucher, with which you may purchase goods up to the retail value of $300 from Ellaways Music.
4. The entries close on Dec 31st and the prize draw will take place on Jan 6th 2009.
5. The prize winner will be notified by telephone or by email.
6. If the prize winner cannot be contacted after 3 months, the prize will be redrawn.
7. The winner will be drawn at random.
8. Only one entry per person.
